Anyway, this was the third assignment in my Illustration class. We had to use dramatic perspective (either from an ant's point-of-view or from a bird's eye view) and take a photo of someone doing some mundane activity, and then illustrate it. I chose to illustrate myself driving a car.
The medium for this was a combination of Prismacolor and Copic markers, and it took quite a long time to color...X_X
Incredible! Seriously, firstly you took something that's really difficult to draw (someone driving a car) you know, because of the intricate details of being strapped into such a complex contraption, and then you tripled the difficulty by making from almost an impossible perspective. A perspective that, may I add, no one would (or will) be able to see with their naked eye. AND THEN YOU COLORED IT. Just fantastic. Seriously. Keep up this sort of work and you'll be making it huge in no time for sure. ^^
Oh wow, thank you so much for your incredibly kind comments! I'm so flattered that you liked this, and I really appreciated reading all of the fantastic things you had to say. ^_^ Thank you so much again!
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
